Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Incorrect size or color delivered.

    • Manufacturing defect or quality issue.

How to Request an Exchange
